Meet Dallas Thomson

Graywing Consulting is built around a simple idea: good consulting should make complicated work feel more manageable.

I bring more than 15 years of experience leading projects, improving processes, and helping teams navigate change. My approach is practical and collaborative. I ask questions, dig into what is actually happening, and work alongside you to find solutions that make sense for your organization.

WHY GRAYWING

I started Graywing because this is the work I genuinely enjoy.

I like taking something that feels messy, stuck, or harder than it needs to be and figuring out how to make it work better. That might mean getting a project moving again, untangling a process, helping a team through a major change, or simply asking the questions that haven't been asked yet.

My career has taken me through government, public health, and corporate healthcare. I've led complex projects, process improvements, technology implementations, and major organizational changes. I started Graywing so I could focus on the parts of that work I value most: solving problems, working with people, and leaving clients with something that works after I'm gone.

HOW I WORK

The solution has to work for the people who actually use it.

A process can look perfect on paper and still fail in practice. I involve the people closest to the work, ask a lot of questions, and pay attention to what will actually be sustainable after the work is done.

Good work shouldn't depend on the consultant sticking around.
